Today, I get to share something that has lived quietly in my imagination for years: the first release of Merry Sparkles customizable outdoor holiday décor.

This collection began with a simple question I could never shake:

**Why does holiday décor look exactly the same?**

Every season, we would drive through beautifully decorated neighborhoods and notice the sameness. White lights. Identical inflatables. The same white wire reindeer standing in the same poses year after year.
Festive, yes, but not personal. Not expressive. Not reflective of the families who live behind those glowing windows.

I have spent my career in technology and innovation. There had to be a better answer.

I wanted something different.
I wanted décor with personality.
I wanted joy that felt specific, meaningful, and unmistakably yours.
